Mitchell Boock Associates (MBA) Ltd was formed in 2004 as the consulting extension of The MBA Agency, assisting MBA graduates in business. Our client base has since extended to include organisational leaders who recognise the value of knowing themselves better and who desire stronger, higher performing and creative work groups.

Our goal is to enhance the application of management and leadership knowledge in New Zealand.

MBA Ltd design, develop and deliver a range of tailored programmes, workshops and coaching in consultation with organisational leaders. While the focus of our work is generally on extending emotional competencies for individuals and teams, we are skilled in adapting workshops to align or respond to specific strategic initiatives.

Our clients’ sectors include – banking, not-for-profit, education, research & development, hospitality, innovation, defense, shipping & logistics, manufacturing, export, public sector, e-business, telecommunications and energy supply.
